I joined Al Serra in 2021 and am happy to help anybody with their service needs. I'm an upfront and honest person regarding your vehicle's services. I grew up in Clio, MI, and attended Mott Community College and Michigan State University. I'm a big Spartan and Detroit sports fan. On my down time when the weather is nice, I love to golf.

Couldn't ask for better service. Dropped the car off and left in a loaner in 60 seconds. When my car was done it only took a minute to switch out the loaner and get the paperwork

The experience was fine. I waited 10 days to even get my vehicle in to be checked. I had to call for an update. Then told it was going to be looked at due to a backup that morning. The issue was a false code and nothing was done. I got my car about 3:00 PM. The Buick division of AL Serra is much more efficient. I am disappointed with getting even minor work done at the Jeep service area.
