I started at Al Serra in 2016 in our business development center and worked my way to being a Service Advisor. I enjoy working with customers and hope to help you soon. I grew up right here in Grand Blanc. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and traveling in my free time.

I visited the dealership three times in one week, after two other dealerships did not provide adequate service. I requested information regarding a rental vehicle, that question was ignored entirely. When I came to pick up my vehicle, despite Paige being the point of contact throughout my engagement with Al Serra, only after contacting the service manager, Terry, was service escalated and completed, I did not see Paige upon my last return to the dealership to pick up my vehicle.
