I am a lifelong Metro-Detroiter (except for college in South Carolina) who has been married to his college sweetheart for almost 20 years. As a former/retired teacher, customer service is of the utmost importance to me (and something I pride myself on). I collect sneakers, enjoy golf, and spend time with my children in my spare time. My son is active in travel sports, and my daughter is active in dance and gymnastics.

Chris is always friendly and professional. He knows the meaning of customer service and makes sure all of your service needs are satisfied. It's not always a "Good" thing to have to have your vehicle serviced for any issue but Chris makes sure you get the best possible service and also explains every detail about your vehicle's service. There is nobody I trust more than Chris Trzasko to make sure my 2021 Jeep Compass gets the service it needs and gets me back on the road in a quick time frame.

A truly miserable experience. I brought my van in for what felt like the transmission slipping. I was instead told I need a new engine mount and a tune up. So I paid the 1,500 dollars for both and then when I was told my van was ready for pick up the check engine light was on after I paid (which it was not on when I dropped the vehicle off) so I refused to take my van. Then I was told they used the wrong washer and installed a sensor incorrectly and everything was fixed. This has not proven to be the case either as the $1,500 spent did not even fix the problem. Sending a vehicle home with the check engine light on makes me wonder if it was ever even test driven. I’m not saying I didn’t need a tune up but I am saying it did NOT fix the issue. There is no chance at all I would ever refer a friend or family member to have their vehicles service here as both the quality and integrity of the whole thing is lacking and I won’t be bringing my vehicle back ever either. Very disappointing considering Al Serra is supposed to be the big name dealer out here and this was my first experience with Al Serra. The whole thing was nothing but a headache and my van still isn’t running smooth. Nothing but a waste of my time and my money.
