He was incredible. Even though the computer system was glitchy, Andreas made us feel like he was truly enjoying working through our paperwork. We bought 2 vehicles and each were exactly to the description he gave. My wife and I have already referred some folks to him and 1 purchased a vehicle just days after us! Every dealership sells cars, Andreas made us feel like we were having a day out on the town. Thank you again!

Met Andreas on the lot while my wife and I were shopping for new vehicle. As an operations manager what impressed me was that Andreas while serving an other customer and passing by stopped and asked did we need assistance. He provided his card and some info. I returned on Monday to do business with Andreas and purchased a new Jeep. During the purchase he was efficient, polite and did very well. I would do business with Andreas and have already recommended him to other. (If you go to Al Serra ask for Andreas).
